Why in the world does it take more than 3 business days to deposit $150 dollars into an account?

Me gustaba mucho el servicio de Xoom, donde había un cobro fijo por la transferencia pero la tasa de cambio era favorable. Inclusive lo recomendé a familiares y amigos. Ahora no hay tasa fija pero la tasa de cambio tomada es extremadamente baja, haciendo que el cobro sea mucho mas alto. Estoy buscando otras compañías y tomaré la que tenga un costo mas asequible.

2.99 cobran por enviar dinero a MEXICO directo a la cuenta de banco de la persona. Simple y RAPIDO

I was today years old finding this app. I wish would’ve known earlier. Sending internationally was a breeze.

Their service was good and fast , now they holding our money for 7 days and later we call they sending , this is not joke we sending money for our family .

I have been using this app for over a year now, and about half the time I’ve used it, my funds are either held for review and documents are requested, or I am greatly delayed. As of today, I have a transaction that due to multiple documents requested, including demands for copies and proof of business receipts from my customers, and another repeated request for proof of business, those funds have been delayed for two weeks already. I had hoped that eventually they would get the idea that my funds transfers are legit, but they ask for more each time. Frankly, I’m strongly considering going back to Western Union.

Fácil de usar, llega el mismo día

The app said it would pay out in 15 minutes and it has now almost been a week and the money still hasnt arrived. I’ve done 3 chats, 2 support email and multiple calls to get this resolved and they keep giving me incorrect information or telling me it should go through soon. It will be western union from now on.

I have great service with this platform. It provides awesome quality. However there is room to improve the variables. A specialized system to display the z exchange rates. 👍🏽

Fees are getting too high for transactions to other countries.

When it comes to sending money outside the US, Xoom makes life easy. I find the interface simple and intuitive.

Trying to send someone money to their bank account in mexico and it just takes u in circles when you add them to people to send money to, i click their name and it asks me to fill in their info all over

I have been using this app for several years now. Very convenient and precise! I can have choices of sending money to multiple banks, money agencies or even deliver it to an specific place.

I was not recognized by the system… it took me forever to resubmit all my data .
