False Advertising

I sent 3 transactions to my family in Mexico and all were cancelled by Xoom Customer Verification Department. They ask me what was the relation
of my family member and how the money was to be used. They requested a color photo of my Drivers license which their headquarters reviewed. They informed me their review might require a day. After waiting I tried to send a transaction with no success. I called the Department and was told that they could not verify me. They suggested I take my business elsewhere. They put a $4.99 price out for bait. Their exchange rate is terrible and where they make their profit..... Minus 5 stars!
