It is a scam! Take care! I sent money and I was waiting for a week but however they never did something to help me.

Very, very, very bad. It is fake. No crea en esa cosa...

I notice unfair currency rates plus adding the charges to send/wire the money. Thats just too greedy!

Every time I try to add someone it keeps crashing on me

I was a bit hesitant to use this site because we talking about sending money from USA to RSA which is so tricky. I transferred money at 2:30am American time and as they say anything before 9am (Mon-Friday) same business day. I am so happy my money arrived safely in RSA. Quick and effective service.

Love using Xoom! After the first transaction, I could send money with a quick swipe. Easy! Convenient! Fast!

Had to change the person receiving money. Called in cancelled the first transfer and sent it to another. Fast and reliable will be using this app often!

This is ridiculous compliance issue! this is my first time using Zoom with only $1000 fund transfer. I used it for my personal transfer to my friend. Being long term customer with Paypal, i trusted their service thats why i chosen Zoom. I have submitted my personal SSN, personal address and detail information before transaction. There is no sufficient evident but all personal judgement for the daniel. Its absolutely disappointed and surprised to find out the decision making for this company. I would defiantly love to share with all of my friends and families about this. I answered the compliance questions through phone call, the agent questioned me like I was the criminal. I spoke to the manager, and she said the compliance verification could be done through email. The email arrived this morning and i was about to submit the requested documents: my ID and bank statement(???) and now the forth email denied my transaction for no reason of suspecting my first transaction is commercial. Dont know who make the decision but quite disappointing for the service and will never return. Western union or any other international transfer service is better than Zoom.

Horrible service. I will not use xoom anymore. They cancelled the transaction and then few days later the money was taken out from my bank. I ended up sending money twice. Very disappointed!!!

Customer service is out of whack. Just wanted the send money for relatives. They asked me to send my bank statement and my Driver license in prior to send money (thats BS). I open account with Western Union they charge same fee plus no BS bank statement and Driver license to send to.

Why I can not edit and delete contacts?? Should be have those options in the app.

This is the third time I see the exact same "release notes" text. This means that you are changing stuff on the back end and not informing of this to your customers. That is misleading and a form of deceitfulness.

I had it for a long time and was working just fine but now you have to enter all the information every time you send money. So you have to remember all the info about the person receiving the money. I will try another company.

This app is just waste of time. Paypal integration doesnt work and When you really want to send money, the frustrating password reset never works. You have to go to their mobile site and wait even if they show you message that check your email, the email never arrives. And just to clear doubts about typo in my email addresses, I check 10 times and I usually know what Im doing. Just waste of time, do not use this app. Hello Western Union!

Doesnt show the exchange rate and Worst service

Not to be trusted. Service reps dont return your calls, or email. Meanwhile, Zoom says that money is on its way... But its been almost 2 weeks, and no updates! No remittances! Call up their hotline and they just blame the local country party for not delivering money and thats it. No further action, advise or return calls.
