Xoom Money Transfer App Reviews

I already deactivated my zoom (stupid) account. I thought it will be faster and easy to send money transfer system but When I send money to my country they said it will be take time 4 days for money transfer. Are they crazy? 4 days took time for money transfer in 2016!!!!!!!

The first time I used app to send money to Dominica Republic and is perfect took like 5 minutes to the money be ready to pick. *cheap *Fast *Phone notifications I dont need nothing more thx :D

Money never sends, problem logging in even after password reset.

I highly recommend Xoom. If you travel abroad for longer periods of time and need local services and goods this is the way to a avoid ATM machines and complicated wire transactions etc. Never get stuck without access to your funds when traveling abroad with this service. Thank You Xoom.com!

I recently started using Xoom to transfer money to myself from my US bank account to my UK bank account. Its a much more convenient, simple, and less expensive alternative to withdrawing money from an ATM and depositing in my UK account, and vastly cheaper than a wire transfer. Its also possible to transfer the exact amount I want, rather than being limited by the bank notes available in an ATM. Ive used it twice so far and its worked perfectly. Im really glad to have found a better way to do this, and right on my phone. And as someone whos used PayPal for many years, Xooms association with that company gives me an added level of confidence. Highly recommended.

Ive been using Xoom for several years now, and never have a problem with it, until my last transaction I didnt receive the e.mail or text with my confirmation number for the transaction. Please fix that issue, and keep up the good job Great app

A PayPal company that doesnt take PayPal? Really

App used to work...tried logging on a web browser and I can access my account, but as soon as I log on the app...I get the invalid password/username error. VERY FRUSTRATING !!!

The App integrates with fingerprint reader, easy to use and has all information you need. Whenever I called for money transfer questions always got a helping voice at the other end that resolved 100% of my requests. Makes all banking and credit card Apps look bad!

It used to be a nice service with reliable and best exchange rate. Not any more, issues with login and customer service representative suggested me to use plain text password. Exchange rate is lower compared with competitors.

Good app to send money to different countries.

Ive been a xoom customer since 3 years now, there have never been a problem for me to send money from my bank to India. But with the recent Xoom app update, the app wont let me login to the account, it says incorrect password, try resetting password. But the same password works on a browser in the phone and also on Desktop browser when I login there. This is the inconvenience caused to me due to updating the app to the newer version. Please fix it asap.

More than 15 minutes trying send the money, its taking forever to login
