Great app!

I started using this app to send money to my parents in mexico and it works perfect for me. I found no issues or problems when using the app. Very simple and saves a lot of time.

Excellent Ap

I had some issues with Xoom prior to Paypal taking it over, but now I could not be more satisfied. We work and live out of the U.S. and it is now so easy for us to transfer funds, and do it affordably. Great job and just love the app!

Amazingly Easy

I use Xoom to send a monthly stipend to South Africa and it could not be easier! A simple touch on the Touch ID (to authenticate me) and a swipe of my finger and off go the bucks. Amazing.

Low content with high publicity

App is not working properly and not loading timely. C Care is Nightmare. I dont why they are doing publicity without proper development. Waste of time and money.

Why I cant use PayPal??

Since Xoom became part of the PayPal Family, why I cant use it as my default payment instead of open a new account or share my CC information?

6/6S screen compatibility

Appreciate what you are doing but the app still doesnt support bigger screen resolutions. These bigger phones are around for more than close to 18 months. Thanks.

I like the organization of how the app works. One problem: it crashes sense the latest update.

I dont recommend this service .

Never use this . I transfer mobile recharge from US and my bank charge me $20 for cash equivalent fee. And have bad customer service they dont understand the English and have to repeat again and again. They need must of the word to be spell.

Ever since the be update I have been unable to log in using the app. Please address this problem...

The app needs work

I have used this app for a very long time but for the last couple of months I am not receiving notifications of the tranfers on my phone. Since the app crashed back in January I am not receving the notifications. It used to work perfectly fine before. The app definitely needs work. I send money all the time and the notifications would be helpful tracking my transactions. Please fix this issue!!

Im using another service.

Ive used Xoom for years. Their fees may be higher but they were reliable. I wanted to use my credit card to wire money so I inquired about the extra fee my card "might" charge. The Xoom rep I talked to said they treat the transaction as a credit, not a cash advance. I called my card and their rep said that as long as its charged a credit, not a cash advance, I will not be charged a fee. So I went ahead with the wire. A few days later, I got hit with a huge cash advance fee! I called my card and the rep said that Xoom treated the transaction as a cash advance! I called Xoom to complain that despite their last reps assurance, Xoom used a cash advance, not a credit charge. The rep I spoke to said there was nothing he could do. Because of this, I will be using another company to send money. I will also tell all my friends & relatives about my last experience with Xoom.
